通风管道与附件的制作及安装

1、在第一道密闭阀门至工程口部的管道与配件，应采用厚2～3mm的钢板焊接制作。其焊缝应饱满、均匀、严密。

4、工程测压管在防护密闭门外的一端应设有向下的弯头；另一端宜设在通风机房或控制室，并应安装球阀。通过防毒通道的测压管，其接口应采用焊接。

5、通风管的测定孔盖土网 防寒布 麻绳 油麻绳 麻刀 沥青麻绳 静压造型线 自动浇注机 铸铁拍门 钢制拍门 玻璃钢拍门、洗消取样管应与管同时制作。测定孔和洗消取样管应封堵。

6、通风管内气流方向、阀门启闭方向及开启度，应标示清晰、准确。
